Crystal Barrera

Crystal is a licensed clinical social worker who has a passion for helping clients develop a better understanding of themselves and their lives. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and provides a culturally sensitive environment. Crystal specializes in working with women and women’s issues. She offers services to adults, teen, children, couples and families.

Crystal specializes working with working anxiety/depression, teen issues, parenting challenges, domestic violence, trauma issues, postpartum depression, infertility challenges, codependency, PTSD, women’s issues, parenting and family conflict.

Crystal has experience working in a variety of therapy styles including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, and psycho-dynamic approach and treatment. She bases therapy models on the individual and unique needs of every client.
